RunFit for Women Starting MONDAY 3/21

Come join us for a RUNFIT 4-WEEK INTENSIVE.


All paces and distances are welcome. We will split the group according to ability and goals. This class includes plyometrics, drills, and lots of running.


Mondays 6:30pm at Autumn Willow and Stringfellow.


Saturdays 8am - same location.
